If you want to return an item, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your reasons and/or exchange requirements.
- All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached & in original condition, suitable for re-sale.
- All items must be returned with proof of purchase from our store.
- All items must be returned to us within 21 days of receiving your order and no refunds will be issued past this timeframe.
- All items must be returned in appropriate packaging (eg waterproof satchel).
- We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot take responsibility for lost packages. Until your return is received by us, it is your responsibility.
- All items will be inspected upon return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
- We are unable to exchange/refund used, laundered or customer damaged goods.
- The cost of delivery for returns is not refundable.
- A further delivery charge will be required for sending out all exchanges.

As soon as you receive your item please ensure you carefully inspect it and in the unlikely event your item is faulty email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you.
- All care is taken to ensure that prior to shipping each item is inspected for quality assurance.
- All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items that appear to have been damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted as faulty.
- Returns of faulty goods must be returned to us within 21 days of receiving your order.
- If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us.
- We will replace a faulty item.
- In the event that we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving store credit (valid for 6 months) or refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase.
- Your refund will include any shipping costs incurred.
